Miracle in the Mara is the true story of a boy's dream that becomes a reality through determination, some unlikely connections, and a lot of hard and effective work. Any earlier misconception the author might have had about the Maasai tribe is clearly rectified in his descriptions of their heritage, their history within their own country, and how they survived and are now thriving in these lands of the Mara.
