There are so many books out targeted to patients, designed to educate them, but so many fall short.
This one does not. While other books seem to be too detailed, use too much medical jargon, sound too much like a report or research paper, or are too basic it wasn't even worth the read, this book was entertaining.
It is written in everyday language, easy to understand, and kept me interested.
If you, or someone you love, or kinda like, is experiencing any type of pain, get this book, and get one for them too.
It will give you hope for living an active life without pain, despite what you feel or may have been told in the past.
As time goes by and you get older, health-related challenges will arise. The question then becomes, how do you know you are always making the best decision for your health? There are a large number of contradicting opinions from a variety of sources that are causing massive confusion. This forces too many people to continue to put off their health, hoping their pain will just "go away tomorrow" or saying that it's "just a part of getting older." If you have ever suffered from back, knee, shoulder, neck, or headache problems but don't know what can be done about it, this book is for you.
