Let me start by saying that this book is a bit of a parody. It will come across a little rude, but I like to think of it as a learning experience for those of you that have no clue how the real world works.
There are two types of people...
The first is the working class that HAS to work and deal with the public and serve people. That's me! In my opinion, everyone should be required to work retail or food service once in their lifetime!
The second is the rest of you. The people that have no idea how to act in a restaurant, hence this book. And trust me, we talk about you, so read on!
