Luckenwalde is for me one of the most attractive cities in Germany. It attracts few tourists, its inhabitants are not intrusive to the stranger. The Sorbian heritage is cultivated. The architecture is appealing to the photographer, if he is not after glossy polish, but wants to look at lived substance. Luckenwalde is one of the cities to which I return again and again. The photographs shown here are from a city walk on August 1, 2019, and were taken with Leica R7 and Summicron 35mm on Adox CH 25 Art. The film was chosen deliberately because of the concentrating effect of its graphic presentation. Colorfulness does not do justice to the city. The developer used was Compard R09, and the image selection was made by Martina Hellmich.
This catalog versifies an exhibition that was shown on a North Frisian farm for exactly one day in December 2022.
