Brief Description

In this modern era, people have become overly reliant on technology and are too lazy to meet their basic needs. It creates a negative attitude towards physical activity. According to the world health organization, a normal individual has to perform 30 hours of physical activity a week, but most people are only involved in physical activity for 5 to 10 hours (physical activity fact sheet, 2020). From this statement, we can clearly understand that people have become very prone to technology and show reluctance to physical activity. Especially in children, technology changes the behavior of a child, such as eating habits, absence of physical activity, addiction to gadgets, etc., all of which lead them to become unhealthy. This sedentary lifestyle with changing dietary habits may lead to a substantial increase in obese young people. The world health organization (2019) declared that "childhood obesity and overweight issues are among the most important global problems facing the 21st century."
