I agree that all of these now-famous raw juices and green smoothies assist with detox, but that is simply the tip of the iceberg; the whole picture can only be obtained by looking at it holistically.
The current approach to detox, as a 'physical cleaning via liquid diet, ' is a very crude, primitive, and one-dimensional look into a far more complicated therapeutic procedure that, when done correctly, might have remarkable health effects.
