Jackie A James is a mother of one son and two grandsons. She also has a daughter-in-law in waiting. She has been in a long-term relationship with her other half James "JT" Turner for nine years. She is an Automobile Claims Specialist, by profession and a published author by chance and gift. She has over thirty-six years in the insurance claims business. While working in the insurance industry, she was able to obtain my Senior Claims Law Designation, and became a certified Subrogation Arbitrator, for the State of New Jersey, along with several other certificates and accolades.
