Genetics is a science of delivering and presenting the effect of genes and phenotype. The phenotypic nature of humans varies with type of inheritance and type of changes in the genes, which could be a gross change (cytogenetic) or a molecular variation (mutations within DNA and RNA). Though, a lot of books have been published under such subjects but this book has been planned, keeping in mind the use of basic knowledge about the genetic diseases as per two sections. The first section explains the non-inborn errors of metabolisms and the second section explains the non-inborn errors of metabolism as per signs and symptoms with basic characteristics for differential and molecular diagnosis.
