The mind, which is where it all begins; the voices that shape our perception of life, the voices that trigger our thoughts and actions. It is therefore imperative now more than ever to create more awareness about mental health issues and more importantly, arm the populace with coping mechanisms to rise above this menace eating deep into our society.
