One day, as Ulysses is looking through a magazine about sea creatures, he comes across a picture of one with two bulbous eyes and eight legs staring back at him. Ulysses reads that the curious-looking creature is called an octopus.
Then Ulysses gets the best idea! Wouldn't it be great to have an octopus as a pet? But Ulysses would have to convince Mom and Dad. Surely they will agree that it's a fine idea-won't they?
They do! Now Operation Octopus begins!
